To ensure that the Policy is translated into reality the company will take active steps to eliminate discrimination and harassment, to reduce the effects of past discrimination and to promote equality in employment.

Policies need regular review to ensure their continuing relevance and effectiveness. The Directors will assume the responsibility for ensuring the policy is kept under review. This policy is readily available to all sub-contractors, employees, comments and feedback are welcome and where relevant are included in the review process.

This policy will be reviewed periodically and action taken to maintain its compliance.
